JAMMU, June 10: Election for the post of president of Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha will be held after the completion of Amarnath Yatra this year and conducting of Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha Working Committee meeting on July 28, 2019.
This was informed during a working committee meeting of the Mahajan Sabha, held here today under the chairmanship of president Romesh Chander Gupta.
During the meeting, organizing general secretary, Sanjay Mahajan was authorized to re-organize ward committees on war footing before the declaration of elections.
The meeting was attended by Lala Amar Nath, Yash Paul Gupta, Yougal Mahajan, Rattan Lal Gupta, Rajesh Choudhary, Om Parkash, Shiv Partap, Sham Langar, Sanjay Mahajan, Dr J G Langar, Munish Gupta, Jugal Kishore Gupta, Arun Gupta, Dr Mohan Lal, Balbir Gupta, Yash Paul, Mukesh Mahajan and others.
