JAMMU, July 29: Executive Body members of All J&K Estates Department Employees Association (EDEA) Jammu Province held a meeting here today with Executive and Deputy Director Estates.
The meeting was attended by Mohinder Lal General Secretary, Tilak Raj President, Mulkh Raj, Varinder Kumar, Subash Chander, Shabir Ahmed, Dharam Pal, Krishan Lal, Santosh Kumar and Ganesh Dass.
While speaking, the members of the Association demanded regularization/promotion to all the categories of employees, regularization of all eligible daily wagers, implementation of SRO 43, two and half day salary be re-examined, time bound promotion be given to the eligible employees, guest house be planned for Jammu and Srinagar and re-organization of the Estates Department.
Executive and Deputy Director Estates gave patient heating to the genuine issues raised the members of the Association and assured all possible help.
