LOS ANGELES, July 27: After helping Rixton’s Jake Roche propose to Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson onstage, singer Ed Sheeran helped another friend Kodaline’s bassist Jason Boland get engaged during his concert at Croke Park in Dublin.
Jason popped up the question to his girlfriend Etaoin Corr on stage, reported Ace Showbiz.
“So @EtaoinCorr said yes :-),” Jason wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of him kneeling down to propose to his girlfriend onstage. He then thanked Ed, posting, “What a night! Thanks so much @edsheeran for everything! What an amazing way to start the rest of our lives #jayton.”
Sheeran tweeted, “Thank you to Kodaline and Glen Hansard for joining me on stage today to sing some tunes. And congratulations to Jay, what a way to propose !”
Back in May, the “Thinking Out Loud” hitmaker said he got requests to help with marriage proposals “every single day.” (PTI)
