JAMMU, Dec 26: The General Secretary of Traders Federation Ware House Nehru Market, Deepak Gupta today donated ECG Machine to Military Hospital (MH) Satwari in the memory of his father and former Federation President, Late Puran Chand Gupta.
He donated the ECG machine to MH to fight COVID-19 pandemic which has claimed many lives and wreaked havoc globally.
The ECG machine was handed over by Deepak Gupta to K.J Singh, Brigade Commandant 166 Military Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion Singh appreciated Gupta for voluntarily coming forward to donate the machine to the hospital.
Speaking on the occasion Gupta said he wanted to do something for the welfare of soldiers and their families as these soldiers are guarding our borders.
“As a society, it is our responsibility that those among us who have tested positive for COVID-19 should get our love,” Gupta said.
He also said that we should maintain social distancing but don’t alienate infected people from the society.
Gupta further said that we can win the war against Coronavirus by supporting each other.
