JAMMU, Dec 10: Government accorded sanction to the placement of Izhar-ul-Haq Rafiqi, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Telecom) in the Selection Grade with effect from 20.09.2012.
The order in this regard has been issued by Principal Secretary, Home Department RK Goyal.
According to the order, the placement of the office in the Selection Grade will be subjected to the outcome of writ petition (s), if any, pending before any competent court of law.
