DySP accorded warm send off

POONCH, Sept 30: Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Headquarters Haq Nawaz Choudhary was accorded farewell on his attaining superannuation after rendering distinguished service of 30 years today.
He was given warm send off by senior Police officers, Civil Administrative Officers and senior citizens of the district.
An impressive function was organized at Police Lines in the honour of Haq Nawaz Choudhary where officers and senior citizens recalled his contributions to the Police Department and society in different capacities during his last 30 years of service.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shamsher Choudhary awarded cash reward of Rs 50,000 to DySP.
Choudhary served at various important positions as DySP Head Quarter Rajouri, DySP Headquarter Kathua, Dy SP Traffic Jammu etc. and as SHO in important and sensitive areas of the State.
Later a grand reception was given and a programme was organized in his home-town Surankote, which was attended by DC Ajit Kumar Sahu, Additional DC Anwar Shah, SP Yougal Manhas, CMO Dr Younis Choudhary, and other officers of District Poonch.
While speaking, Haq Nawaz Choudhary stressed upon the probationers and new entrants in the Police Department to develop people friendly policies and to follow professional ethics.
