JAMMU, June 27: The Planning Development and Monitoring Department (PD&MD) today ordered posting of Hari Har Dutt, Joint Director (P&S) as Incharge Director Planning.
An order to this effect was issued today by Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary to Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department.
