JAMMU, Apr 23: A meeting of Durga Nagar Welfare Committee was held under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Raina its president in which several problems of the people of the area were discussed.
The meeting expressed concern over insanitation, bad condition of roads, lanes and drains and demanded immediate attention be paid by the concerned authorities especially JMC and R&B Department in settling the problems.
The meeting also made an appeal to Chief Engineer PHE Department to make the Sump of Durga Nagar functional. It also demanded covering of the boundary wall of the park.
