Durga Nagar Committee takes up vaccination issue with Dulloo

JAMMU, May 14: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee president Roshan Lal Raina today appealed Principal Secretary, Health and Medical Education, Atul Dulloo to issued orders for opening of vaccination centers at Durga Nagar where the COVID cases are increasing day by day.
Raina, who took up the issue with the Principal Secretary said that due to increasing cases in the area the opening of vaccination centers have become imperative for the old and infirm people who can not travel to vaccination centers at Muthi and other places. He however expressed satisfaction over the steps taken by the Department led by Dulloo in combating the Pandemic.
Raina and BJP general secretary displaced district, Bharat Bhushan Bhat (Gosani) has also demanded sanitization of Durga Nagar, Roop Nagar and other adjoining localities to avert the threat of the Pandemic. They said that both sanitization and fogging be held in the area and reiterated their demand of opening the Ayurvedic Hospital at Rajinder Nagar, Bantalab for COVID patients to tackle the increasing rush in the hospitals.
