DSSP is synonymous to Dogra culture: Lal Singh

JAMMU, Oct 26: Reiterating its pledge to carry forward the cause of Dogra, Ch Lal Singh appealed to all his party rank and file to maintain the unity and gear up for a bigger task for providing a platform to the politically neglected Dogras of Jammu province.
While addressing the working Committee of DSSP at Jammu central office, here today, Ch Lal Singh said that people have been minutely watching every development post abrogation of 370 and re-organisation of the State and will put forth the detailed account of every thing in the public domain at an appropriate time and will expose those who have taken the people of Jammu for granted .
“Jammu is again being treated as second fiddle and everything is Kashmir centric even in the present regime,” he alleged , alleged Lal Singh and further said that DSSP is more a movement than a political party and will accomplish its agenda of the restoration of Dogra pride in all circumstances and all those forces inimical to the growth of the Dogras and its age old heritage of unity in diversity, shall be given a befitting reply . Earlier, Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary of the party, said that every activist of DSSP is a strong pillar and always ready to protect the identity of Dogras. He further said that although the present regime has disillusioned the Dogras with its failure to protect the interest of Jammu on various fronts and also imposing heavy taxes and restrictions on the general public and installation of Toll plazas have shocked the entire Jammu, but the real test of the present regime shall began after 31st October when the State enters a new formation as UT.
K D Singh Jamwal and Bhupinder Singh, Vice presidents of the party, expressed their anguish on the mismanagement of the traffic both in the city and National Highway as well.
Prominent among those, who participated in the working committee meeting, included Ajay Jamwal, Sunita Sharma, Suman Wazir, Poonam Sharma, Prof H R Sharma, Sarpanchas Mohan Singh, Bholi Singh, Lablu Sambyal, Adv Sanjeet, Adv Pushpinder, Adv Vikrant, Sunil Kamboj, Basant Saini, Rahul Sharma , Balbir Singh , Dr Ashok and Er Mohan Malagar.
