DSE urged to consolidate APRs of Incharge Officers

JAMMU, Dec 17: Amar Nath Thakur, provincial president of School Education Employees Co-ordination Committee and Incharge officers/ lecturers Forum Jammu, has requested Director School Education Jammu to get the APRs and service data of all incharge school education officers/Lecturers consolidated at the earliest and submit the same to administrative department for regularization.
He lamented that the matter was brought into the notice of successive Directors many times since May 2015 but till date, the consolidation process is delayed due to the non-seriousness of some Chief Education Officers. That director Kashmir has completed the process of all twelve districts and APRs of the Valley employees will be submitted to administrative department with in a couple of days, while inertia mars the Directorate of Jammu, he added.
Thakur  said that ZEOs have not been regularized since 2001, Principals since 2007, lecturers and headmasters since 2011 while a number of  the Officers/ Lecturers have retired and some expired without regularization. “More than 3000 incharge officers (Joint Directors, CEO’s Principals, ZEOs, Headmasters and Lecturers) are working   in the incharge capacity.
