JAMMU, Apr 12: A drug peddler was held along with 350 intoxicant capsules in holy town Katra.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police team from Katra police station led by SP Kulbir Singh intercepted a pedestrian on suspicious ground near Banganga.
During checking, 350 intoxicant capsules were recovered and the drug peddler was arrested, who has been identified as Baldev Singh, son of Tarseem of Dubi Gali.
A case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Katra police station and investigation started.
