JAMMU, June 2: A drug peddler was arrested with 2.3 grams of heroin-like-substance from Jhajjar Kotli area here, officials said today.
Aman Singh Thakur of Ward number 2, Chenani, Udhampur was arrested with the consignment during routine checking, they said.
According to them, the accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 73/2025 under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Jhajjar Kotli and further investigation taken up.
