SAMBA, June 25: Police Station, Bari Brahmana arrested one drug peddlers and recovered five grams of heroin from him.
A police party of Police Station (PS) Bari Brahmana headed by PSI, Raza Hassan, conducted patrolling under supervision of Inspector, Rajesh Sharma, SHO PS Bari Brahmana, Nihar Ranjan, SDPO, Bari Brahmana in Lane No 4 Dabur Factory, Industrial area Bari Brahmana.
PSI Raza Hassan got suspicious on one person and on questioning he disclosed his name Kaka son of Isha of Nurpur, district- Kangra, State- HP, A/P Bari Brahmana.
During his frisking five grams heroin (Chitta)like substance was recovered from his possession. The accused were arrested on the spot and contraband item was also seized. The whole operation was under the close supervision of SSP Samba, Rajesh Sharma. In this regard a case FIR No. 147/2021 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at PS Bari-Brahmana.
