SRINAGAR, Nov 16: Police today said it arrested a drug peddler and recovered huge quantity of Bukki from his possession in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said acting on a specific information, police laid a naka at Sangam in the district. “During naka checking, a Sumo bearing registration number JK03C-9611 driven by Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar was intercepted.
On search of the vehicle 97 kilograms of Bukki was recovered. Police has registered a case in this regard,” he said.
