JAMMU, Nov 29: JMC Councillor, Dr. Yudhvir Singh along with senior BJP leader, Vikram Randhawa here today started road blacktopping work at Bhour Camp area of Ward Number 73.
Sarpanch Avtar Singh, Surjeet Singh, Bharat Sharma, Pawan Sharma, Sachet Sharma, Mitu Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Yudhvir said that blacktopping work in the area was a long pending demand of the people of the area which will be now completed at an estimated expenditure of Rs. 20 lakh.
He said that other works of the Ward will also be completed in phased manner.
The Councillor sought cooperation of the Ward residents to make the area neat and clean.
He asked the locals to avoid throwing garbage here and there and use garbage collecting autos for garbage disposal.
Vikram Randhawa said instead of talking about big things, BJP leadership is focusing on local issues which can make a big difference in the lives of people.
He also said that under the leadership of PM Modi BJP leaders are committed for development of each and every corner of the nation without any discrimination.
