JAMMU, May 2: Government today assigned the charge of post of Director Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization (FW MCH&I) to Dr Tajamul Hussain, Medical Superintendent, JLNM Hospital, Srinagar.
“Dr Tajamul Hussain shall look after the charge of the post of Director, Family Welfare, MCH and Immunization J&K in addition to his own duties till further orders,” said an order issued today Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department.
The decision to give additional charge to Dr Tajamul was taken consequent upon the superannuation of Dr Tabasum Jabeen, who was looking after the charge of Director FW MCH&I J&K on 30-04-2024 and due to Model Code of Conduct being in place.
