Jammu, Dec 6: Dr Rishu Sharma, Assistant Professor, working as Scientist In-charge AICRP- Mushroom, presented the research paper entitled “Identification of wild collected mushroom using molecular markers” in conference organised by IPS, New Delhi in Bangkok, Thailand.
Dr Rishu Sharma, daughter of Shiv Chander Sharma, is an alumnus of SKUAST-Jammu. She is presently serving in BCKV, West Bengal State University. Her research is emphasized on plant disease protection using Gamma radiations in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. Earlier, she has given keynote talks on her ongoing research achievements in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
