JAMMU, Nov 15: At the North Zone Urology Conference, Dr Rahul Gupta (Associate Professor) GMC Jammu was elected as a Council member of the highest decision-making body for the zone.
It is pertinent to mention here that there were five candidates in the fray and only two got elected which is a matter of pride for the whole UT of Jammu and Kashmir as Dr Rahul Gupta is the first to have this honor.
In addition to the invited talks, Dr Rahul Gupta presented three papers and all the three were awarded first prize in their section further showing that the work done in the Jammu is no way less than at other regions of the North Zone which includes states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
