JAMMU, Sept 1: Name of renowned Dogri and Punjabi writer, poet and critic, Dr Nirmal Vinod has been announced for prestigious ‘Sohard Samman’ by Lucknow based Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan.
Dr Nirmal Vinod has written 20 books in Hindi and Dogri and he also works as news reader and anchor at Radio Kashmir Jammu.
It is pertinent to mention here that ‘Sohard Samman’ is a felicitation for those literary persons who are above 60 years of age and have made remarkable contributions to the field of literature.
