Dr Megha becomes fbb Femina Miss India J&K

JAMMU, Apr 16: Hailing from a small village Hanand, Chowalgam in Kulgam district of South Kashmir and resident of Jammu, Dr Megha Kaul has won the title of fbb Femina Miss India Jammu and Kashmir in a contest held at Pune in Marashtra.
Megha was one of the three finalists shortlisted from the State of Jammu and Kashmir for Femina Miss India and stood tall by winning the J&K State title on the other day at Pune.
With the legacy of transforming lives of young talented women who have become icons in glamour and fashion industry, fbb Colours Femina Miss India 2019 co-powered by Sephora and Rajnigandha Pearls vows to continue its tradition with an aim to extend whole-hearted support to the new generation women who have the potential to lead the country in the future.
With six Miss Worlds who have made India proud by making their presence on the global map- Reita Faria (1966), Aishwarya Rai (1994), Diana Hayden (1997), Yukta Mookhey (1999), Priyanka Chopra (2000) and more recently Manushi Chhillar (2017), who brought the coveted crown back home after 17 years-the hunt for new crown bearer has now begun as fbb Colours Femina Miss India West 2019 wrapped up with charm on April 14, 2019 at Hyatt Regency in Pune.
After successful completion of MBBS, Dr Megha, who has the distinction of being an outstanding Basketball and Kho-Kho player, besides being a singer, dancer and an orator to almost a perfection, has decided to nurture her creative side by landing on the auditions of fbb Femina Miss India that took place in Jammu on April 2, 2019.
Daughter of Saroj and SK Kaul, Dr Megha, who has always been a multi-tasker, now aims at becoming an icon in glamour and fashion industry by wearing the coveted crown at the highest level.
She was the student of MHAC School Nagbani, before completing her MBBS from Government Medical College Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh.
The daughter of the soil, Dr Megha has the honour of winning the title of ‘Campus Princess’ before auditions of fbb Femina Miss India took place.
Avery bright student during her school days, Megha has been extraordinarily fervent and zealous and chose to be a doctor to save the lives of people and serve the nation this way.
She has not only brought laurels for herself and her family but has also made the state of Jammu and Kashmir gratified and proud.
Girls like Megha are simply inspiration for youth of the State.
