SRINAGAR, May 2: Dr. M. S. Sumbli, presently Director Convocation Complex University of Kashmir has been appointed as Special Secretary to the Vice Chancellor.
A Doctorate in Kashmiri, Dr. Sumbli has served as Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Kashmiri before joining the University Administration in 2000.
He has served at key positions in University administration including that of Deputy Registrar and Deputy Controller before taking up this new assignment.
Dr Sumbli has also remained the President of Kashmir University Officers Association (KUOA) several times in the past.
