LEH, Jan 10: The founder of Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre, Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena here today presented the Mahakaruna (Compassion in Action) Award 2025 to Dr. Pawan Kotwal, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Ladakh.
A handout stated that the award recognizes Dr. Kotwal’s significant contributions to the development of Ladakh.
Speaking on this occasion, Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena congratulated Dr. Pawan Kotwal on his appointment as the first Chief Secretary (CS) of Ladakh Union Territory.
