JAMMU, Nov 10: A free Fibroscan Camp along with free screening for Hepatitis B & C was conducted at “Asia Gastro – Liver & Endoscopy Centre” by Dr Khalid Mehmood (Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist) at Bakshi Nagar today.
Around 150 patients were screened and got benefit of free services. People highly appreciated the step taken by the Doctor. It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Khalid Mehmood is a post graduate from SKIMS Soura and has done his superspecialization (DNB) in Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Yashoda Hospital Hyderabad.
He is consistently conducting such free camps in city as well as in remote areas of Jammu division for the benefit of poor people.
