JAMMU, Mar 22: Dr D R Kapoor has been empanelled as Inspecting Authority of MAEF for the period of two years (2017 to 2019) by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
The job involves inspection of the NGOs/ institutions seeking financial assistance for various purposes on the request of Maulana Azad Education Foundation.
Dr D R Kapoor, a retired KAS officer, is Post- Graduate and Ph D in Economics. He is former HOD Centre for Educational Research, MIER, Jammu, Ex- National Level Monitor, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, Guest Faculty Member of J & K Institute of Public Administration, Management, Rural Development (IMPA), Chairman Sahyog India and Project Director, Sahyog-Brooke India (United Kingdom) & Resource Person of National Institute of Public Cooperation & Child Development (New Delhi) and Consultant to Corporate and Public Sector.
He has worked in various capacities as Jt Registrar Banking & Finance, Chief Executive Officer, KVIB (J&K), Addl Secretary to Government of Jammu & Kashmir. Jt Commissioner & Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation.
