Jammu, Dec 11: N.N.Vohra, Governor has appointed Dr. Yogeshwar Gupta as the Honorary Treasurer of State Red Cross Society for a period of two years.
Earlier, Dr. Gupta has worked in various capacities in the State Health Department.
