JAMMU, Aug 19: Delhi Public School, Jammu organized an ‘English Poetry Recitation Competition’ for the students of class I in the premises of the school, today.
The students showcased their talent by presenting some very extraordinary poems on the topics Environment and Patriotism.
Masters Ketan Gupta and Samiksh Sawhney stood 1st. Saparsh Bakshi and Kashvi Arora got 2nd prize, while the 3rd prize was shared by Shivangman Kohli and Samanyu Sharma.
Headmistress DPS Jammu Meenu Gupta laid emphasis on organizing such events regularly, in order to boost the confidence of the students.
Ruchi Chabra, Principal, Delhi Public School Jammu lauded the students for their performance.
