KATHUA, Jan 25: A dozer operator was killed after the dozer which he was operating for widening of the road at Sahayra 25 kilometres ahead of Bani fell into a 400 feet deep gorge today.
As per reports while widening the road a lose portion of land eroded and dozer fell down into a 400 feet deep gorge resulting into the instant death of the operator.
He has been identified as Subash. The operator was working on widening of Bani -Basohli road which is being constructed by GREF. His body was taken to SDH Bani. It will be handed over to the family after postmortem tomorrow. The Bani Police has registered a case under relevant Sections of the law.
