RAMBAN, Nov 3: A double storey residential house was damaged in fire, while a girl received injuries in the incident.
As per police sources, fire broke out in the double storey residential house of Alaf Din, son of Abdul Raheem at Gandhari probably due to short circuit at around 3:30 am.
On seeing the smoke billowing out of the house, locals rushed to the spot and started operation to douse the flames.
After hectic efforts, the fire was brought control but till then the house comprising of 16 rooms was completely damaged.
A girl namely Asya, daughter of Alaf Din has been reportedly injured in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Dharamkund Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
