Don’t allow situation to go out of control: Mir

SRINAGAR, July 25:  Former minister and Pradesh Congress Committee president G A Mir  strongly condemned the blasts at Achhabal bus stand and Srinagar and said that situation should  not be allowed to go out of control.
In a  press statement here today,  Mir said that disturbing the atmosphere of peace and killing of innocent persons in any form is highly condemnable and unacceptable. He expressed his serious anguish over the bomb blast that took place at ‘Achhabal Adda’ in Anantnag today in which so many persons got injured and  one person lost his life.
Terming this incident very unfortunate and shocking, PCC chief urged the security agencies to investigate into the matter and identify the culprits. He further said that series of blasts in Srinagar yesterday and today’s bomb blast at Achhabal  are aiming to vitiate the atmosphere of peace and create fear psychosis in the society.  He urged the Govt and security agencies to keep a strict vigil over the situation and don’t allow it go out of control, failing which the consequences would be very serious and disturbing.
PCC chief while expressing sympathies with the injured people offered condolences to the family of deceased. He prayed for speedy recovery of  the  injured persons.
