Sir,
This has reference to the article published in this paper some days back.
What I would like to add here is the Kashmir valley only reserved for Muslim community : is and even for non-state subjects like Tibetan Muslim refugees, when there were Bodh refugees as well. Bodhs were not even allowed to stay one night in Srinagar. Instead they were pushed to Himachal Pradesh. The Tibetan Muslims have been living for more than 50 years in Srinagar and they have constructed their colonies in Srinagar. For them State subject has no meaning. On the other hand even, KPs who are original inhabitants since centuries are not allowed to settle in Kashmir valley. Dr. Farooq Abdullah, President of National Conference has objected to providing Domicile Identity certificates to West Pakistan refugees in J&K State for the last 67 years. Why one law for Tibetan refugees, Myanmar refugees and UP Muslims. Besides all political leaders of different parties born in Kashmir agree in one point that Kashmir valley is exclusively for Muslims, no matter State subjects or non-State subjects.
Yours etc….
