JAMMU, Oct 19: To aware the masses about ill effect of drugs, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production and National College of Computer Education here today staged Dogri Musical Play ‘Nashe Kola Bacho’.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest V.K Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity.
Among guests of honour were Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department; Dr. Anju Kumari Dogra, Directorate of Health J&K and Dr. Anupriya Sharma, President Medical Cell J&K.
‘Bacho Bacho Tobacoo Kola Bacho’, ‘Nai Pee Shraban’ etc were some of the songs presented during the programme along with skits and dances to aware the masses.
The chief guest highlighted the dangers of drugs and their illegal trade and provided educational material to teachers and others present on the occasion.
K.K Joshi, Vice chairman BLSKS said, we should adopt the culture of India and also revive our tradition of composite for peace and communal harmony.
Artists who performed in the programme were Rajni Gupta, M.C Kotwal, Raju Bajgal, Dhruv Pandit, Chahat Chadha, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Ujwal Sharma, Vansh Raina, Sanvi Raina, Bablu Kumar, Azeen Ali, Sunil Kumar, Mahi, Rurda, Bhoomika Chib, Neelam Chib and others.
