JAMMU, June 1: Concluding the two day tour of Hiranagar constituency, former MLA and National Panthers Party (NPP) State president Balwant Singh Mankotia today said that border people and Dogras will only get justice after the formation of separate Jammu State.
He reiterated that party has launched the awareness movement in Jammu region and receiving enthusiastic response from each corner of the region. During two day tour of Hiranagar constituency, Mankotia along with other party leaders addressed number of rallies at village Chann Khatrian, Sukhu Chak, Kattal Brahmana, Saniyal, Jaandi Mandi, Jalam Singh, Chann Morian and Loundi.
While addressing the rallies, Mankotia appealed the people to participate in the upcoming party’s “Dangal Rally’ on June 4 at Chadwal (Dyalachak) and reiterated that party will carry forward its struggle for the genuine cause. “NPP will fight till justice is delivered to Dogra people”, Mankotia added.
He also visited the border people who have been facing worse situation since 1947 due to continuous shelling from the other side of border. He alleged that BJP has totally failed to fulfill the promises made with the people of Jammu region.
People of border have not received 5 marla plots at safer places nor concrete bunkers have been built by the Central Government for the safety of border people, regretted Mankotia.
Party district president Robin Sharma, Youth district president Balbir Singh, Choudhary Sohan Singh, Satish Sharma, Yash Pal and many others were also present.
