Dogra launches ‘Mission Happiness’ for youth

JAMMU, Feb 19: Internationally known meditation music therapy guru, spiritual and motivational speaker and founder and executive Director of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust, Raj Kumar Dogra launched a new movement titled ‘Mission Happiness’ for youth and students of J&K that too for free of cost, here today.
During the press conference, Dogra said that under this mission, the Trust will focus on mental peace by organizing meditation, spiritual and motivational workshops/sessions in schools, colleges, universities besides rural and border youth.
Dogra said that the Trust has taken the initiative of taking youths towards meditation and spirituality and make them understand about the immense benefits of the same by launching ‘Mission Happiness’.
“Many of the youths in India have deviated from the right path and indulged in anti-social activities in one way or the other. The crime rate in India is increasing day by day and most of the crimes are committed by the youths in the age group of 16-35,” he narrated.
The Trust had organized more than 100 free online sessions and webinars for spreading awareness regarding spirituality and positivity during the pandemic.
