SAMBA, Oct 29: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) organized a legal awareness camp on the “Rights of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence” at Panchayat Ghar Samlah, here.
The camp was organized under the chairmanship of Inder Singh, Chairman, DLSA, Principal, District and Sessions Judge Samba in collaboration with RK Dubey, Chairman, Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Sub-Judge, Samba.
During the camp, Manzoor Hussain, Munsiff Samba, Advocate Raman Chalotra and Advocate Vijay Kumar, retainer lawyers apprised the women about their legal rights of protection from domestic violence.
Rajinder Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Samba and Pritam Chand, Sarpanch, Panchayat halqa Samlah were also present.
