KATHUA, Oct 15: District Institute of Education and Trainings Basohli in collaboration with J&K State Board of School Education Jammu organized a District Level Role Play Competition at HS Parliwand, here today.
5 teams drawn from different zones of Kathua district participated in the programme, wherein HS Parliwand was adjudged as winner.
Different themes were presented by the students of 9th class and the objective was to promote adolescence education, HIV/AIDs awareness etc.
Programme was organized in the overall supervision of Principal DIET, Lok Nath Bhat.
HoD DIET, Ajay Gupta, Rakesh Brami and well known social worker and artist Shiv Nandan acted as judges.
HoD Asha Kiran and Champa Devi were also present on the occasion.
Lecturer Hardeep Singh Co-ordinator of the programme conducted the proceedings, while Principal DIET distributed prizes among the winners.
The programme was coordinated by Yashir Hameed Sirwal, Project Director.
