KULGAM, Mar 31: The District Kulgam Taekwondo Championships 2025-26 concluded at the Indoor Sports Hall, Qaimoh, Kulgam, showcasing emerging talent and sportsmanship among the youth. The championship was organized by the Taekwondo Association of District Kulgam under the aegis of the J&K Taekwondo Association and J&K Sports Council as part of the “My Youth My Pride” initiative.
Around 70 players from various schools and clubs across District Kulgam participated enthusiastically in the competition. The event was graced by Hamid Ullah, Manager, Indoor Sports Hall, Qaimoh, Kulgam, as chief guest, who distributed medals among the winners, while Shaista, PET, GQ Public School, Kulgam, attended as guest of honour.
Technical proceedings were conducted by Musaib Mehraj, Sahil Ah Dar, Owais Ahmad, Shahid Ahmad, and Tawseef Ahmad, ensuring fair play throughout.
