KATHUA, Oct 24: The District Information Officer (Central Government) Rajesh Gupta who was posted at Kathua died at PGI yesterday.
Mr Gupta was shifted to PGI a week back for treatment where he died yesterday. He was shifted to his hometown later and cremation took place today.
Former Deputy Chief Minister, Mangat Ram Sharma, M LA Kathua Charanjit Singh and D C Kathua, Dr Shahid Iqbal and other senior officers and prominent citizens were among large number of people to attend his funeral procession.
