JAMMU, Apr 30: Distribution of ration and essential items among the needy persons continued here today.
District Police Reasi led by SSP Rashmi Wazir distributed ration, essential items and masks to the migrant labourers and their families at Marhi.
UT Vice President of Shri Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society J&K Shamim Bano, General Secretary Charan Singh and Sarpanch Balwant Singh distributed ration to hundreds of poor laborers families in Sidhra area on the directions of National General Secretary Raju Chandel. Incharge Police Post Sidhra Inspector Zaheer and many others were present on the occasion.
Third Eye Anti Crime team distributed ration among the needy people of village Sarore in Bishnah. Chairman of the organization Sham Lal Gupta, Sarpanch and Naib Sarpanch from Panchayat Lower Sarore, Councillor Sahil Gupta of Municipal Committee Bishnah, Sansar Chand, Rajesh Kumar, Tushar Digra, Rakesh Kumar, Neha Mehra and others volunteers were also present on the occasion.

On the directions of Former MLA Bhadarwah Daleep Singh Parihar, BJP Mandal Bhalla distributed ration kits and face masks among the needy people living in different areas of Panchayat Kahri Chattra. Daljeet Gupta, Sanjay Sarafi, Bishan Suryawanshi, Anjeel Kotwal, Kuldeep Kumar, Lekh Raj, Farooq Ahmed Malik, Rakesh Kotwal, Firdous, Zahoor Ahmed, Amran Sheikh, Javed Matoo, Khush Dev, Sachin Sharma, Shubam Gupta and Anchal Singh were also present on the occasion.
District Congress Committee in collaboration of OBC Department of JKPCC headed by Former Minister and General Secretary JKPCC, Incharge District President Jammu Urban Yogesh Sawhney and Advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra distributed ration among the needy people in Ward Number 19, which reached more than 50 families. Ajay Kumar, President of the said ward, Neeraj Gupta Secretary JKPCC, Dr Ramakant Khajuria, District Vice President, Pawan Dev Vice President, Anoop Gupta General Secretary DCC, Raj K Mehra District President OBC and many others were present on the occasion.
NSUI National President Neeraj Kundan distributed food packets to poor and needy people in Ward Number 49 near Wave Mall from Students Community Kitchen Channi Himmat established by Neeraj Kundan himself. This kitchen is providing food to 500 to 600 needy people on a daily basis.

Martand KP Brigade Charitable Trust distributed hand sanitizers among various social organizations like Home for the Aged and Inform, Bal Niketan, Missionaries of Charity-Mother Teresa Home, Bhagwan Gopinath Ji Trust and Leprosy Ashram. Hand sanitizers were also distributed in Jagti Township. Volunteers, who took part in this distribution, were Rakesh Tickoo, Raj Kumar Yogi, Rahul Tickoo, Bharat Bhushan Mussa, Sushil and Aditya Tickoo.
Raina Builders and Construction Company Owner Jagdish Chander Raina and his son Naresh Raina along with Former CM Kavinder Gupta donated food material to the needy people of Excelsior Lane Janipur Jammu. SI Jarnail Singh, Deepak Gupta of BJP IT Cell, Mukesh Sharma social worker and cricketer Raman Thaploo were present on the occasion.
RSS Swayamsevaks distributed 400 hundred bags of dry ration to the people living in areas of Anand Nagar Bohri, Poonch House, Nai Basti, Sainik Colony and Raipur Domana. Swayamsevaks are also running a community kitchen at Nai Basti.
