JAMMU, Dec 14: After taking over as Director, Command Area Development (CAD), Jammu, Smita Sethi reviewed the physical progress of the projects being executed by the Directorate.
She also convened a meeting of Chief Agriculture Officer, Project officer (S&WM), Deputy Director Planning and Accounts Officer to take a feedback from them about the projects and various other programmes in the Directorate.
The Director apprised all the officers to accomplish and justify the mission for which the project had been established. She stressed that all the sections should work in the interest of farming community to double the farmer’s income and ensure that the benefit of the scheme devolves till the last beneficiary.
She said that all possible efforts should be made to achieve the targets. It was also decided in the meeting that the progress in future will be reviewed periodically so as to fulfill the aspirations of the stake holders.
