JAMMU, May 5: Hundreds of people are thronging the Gurukul, Barnai near here daily where a seven days Mata Vaishno Bhagwati Katha (religious discourses) by Swami Dinesh Bharti Ji is underway.
The religious programme started on May 2 and it will last up to May 8. Daily hawan is being performed by Swami Ji and his devotees which is followed by religious discourses and bhajan Kirtan.
The devotees drawn from length and breadth of Jammu take part in the religious discourses and bhajan kirtan which continues for nine hours daily.
A grand bhandara will be organized on the concluding day of the function on May 8. The Swami Ji a revolutionary saint who has full authority on Vedas and other religious scriptures has large number of followers in Jammu.
