Dilbag Singh reviews preparedness of Fire & Emergency Services

JAMMU, July 9: Director General of Police (DGP), Prisons, J&K and Director, Fire and Emergency Services Dilbagh Singh reviewed the preparedness of the department.
He also met Command Officers, besides holding darbar with the jawans and Incharges of various Fire and Emergency Stations of Command Jammu.
RC Raina, Deputy Director and Dr Anita Salgotra, Medical Officer, Fire and Emergency Services Jammu were also present.
While interacting with the officers and jawans at Fire and Emergency Services Gandhi Nagar, he assured that all their genuine grievances will be addressed within the shortest possible time.
Guard of honour was presented to the DGP by the contingent of Fire and Emergency Services. He inspected the fire fighting and rescue demonstrations organized by the officers and officials at Headquarters Gandhi Nagar by utilizing hydraulic platform, fire tenders and rescue tenders.
DGP also visited the Administrative Block of Fire and Emergency Services and interacted with the staff posted in Range and Command Offices Jammu.
He also visited range stores and regional workshop of Fire and Emergency Services at Gangyal and inspected the stores as well as construction work of the range stores.
