JAMMU, Jan 2: To revitalize the party, State president, National Communist Party (NCP), Thakur Randhir Singh, in consultation with party high command has appointed Krishan Kumar Digra as vice president and spokesman of the party for J&K.
Digra has also been allotted other portfolios like Education cell, RTI cell, NCP Party Membership and organizational cell of the party.
Besides this, RC Bali has been appointed as NCP president, Jammu city and B K Wali as provincial president, Jammu province, with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Thakur Randhir Singh as advisor of Confede-ration of Indian Farmers Association (CIFA) also selected seven-member high power delegation of farmers from J&K to attend Rashtriya Kissan Pratinidhi Sammelan at Lucknow, where they will raise the problems of J&K farmers in the field of fertilizers, irrigation, seed, paddy and its procurement policy, loan policy, crop insurance policy, price policy and representation of farmers leaders in various forums like Agriculture and Veterinary Universities .
Thakur Randhir also condemned the unprovoked firing of Pakistan rangers on the R S Pura, Bishnah , Samba and Akhnoor upto Poonch, and deputed senior leaders of the party to tour the affected border areas.
