RAMBAN, Apr 9: Deputy Inspector General of Police, DKR Range, Dr Sunil Gupta inaugurated a two days free medical checkup camp at Kowbag area under Civic Action programme.
The camp was organized to facilitate the patients with specialized treatment by the renowned Neurologist, Dr Sushil Razdan and galaxy of specialist doctors.
During the inaugural function, the Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam, President Municipal Council, Ramban, Sunita Sumbria, DDC, Councilor, Rakash Thakur and Renuka Katoch, SSP, Mohita Sharma, ADC, Harbans Sharma, Additional SP, Rajni Sharma and other senior officers welcomed the Neurologist Dr Sushil Razdan, noted Gynaecologist, Dr Rajni Razdan, Dr Satveer Singh and Dr. Mudaasar.
Speaking on the occasion, the DIG appreciated the Police and District Administration for organizing a grand medical camp which would help the patients in their treatment. He said that it’s not possible for everyone to reach the specialist doctors at big cities frequently, now I am requesting the people of district Ramban to avail the benefit from medical camp.
The medical camp has received an overwhelming response from needy people from across Ramban district and nearly 700 patients had got themselves registered for consultation.
