JAMMU, Apr 28: DIG Doda-Ramban range Nissar Ahmad today reviewed law and order situation in Bhaderwah tehsil in a high level meeting with senior police officers.
Prominent police officers present in the meeting were SSP Doda Zahid Naseem Manhas, Additional SP Bhaderwah Amit Bhasin and SHO Bhaderwah Inspector Bandeshwar Manhas.
The DIG passed instruction to the police officers on their people friendly approach. At the same time, he also stressed for maintaining strict vigil on militants and criminals.
The local people also met the DIG and apprised him of their demand and problems. He assured to take up the problems with the concerned authorities as most of the problems pertaining to traffic regulation/parking in town, shortage of doctors, ration, water and electricity.
