JAMMU, Dec 7: Asserting that the training camps across the border in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir must be destroyed by India, Maulana Syed Athar Hussain Dehlavi, chairman, Anjuman Minhaj-e-Rasool today said dialogue and terrorism cannot go hand in hand.
Anjuman Minhaj-e-Rasool-is an Islamic organisation working for peace and secularism across the country.
“With recent attacks in Jammu and Srinagar, there is no need of inviting Pakistan or accepting their invite for talks until such barbaric acts do not stop,” Maulana Dehlavi told mediapersons in Rajouri district after completing his State visit.
He said, “High voter turnout in the first two phases of Jammu and Kashmir elections have given a clear message to the Pakistan that they have defeated ‘bullet’ and preferred ‘ballot’ for a change.”
“Destruction of terrorist training camps across the border is the only way out to end militancy in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said and added that Hafeez Saeed should not worry about the Muslims living in India but be concerned about internal situation of Pakistan.
He added that people of Jammu and Kashmir believe in Secularism.
On Article 370, Dehlavi said, “Articles like 370, 371 and 372 and others, are medium to country’s national integration and unity”.
