JAMMU, Aug 1: J&K Dharmarth Trust is all set to vigorously take-up rejuvenation and upkeep of temples and shrines in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to provide eternal contentment and state-of-art facilities to the devotees visiting these places having great sanctity and mysticism.
This was stated by Senior Advocate Ajay Gandotra, President of the Trust while inaugurating today’s Langar along with Advocate Rameshwar Singh Jamwal for visiting devotees at Shri Raghunathji Temple.
It is pertinent to mention that Dharmarth Trust has recently launched the Langar Seva on July 24 for the devotees which has garnered good wishes and applauds from various religious, political and social organizations besides the devotees and many individuals.
Today’s Langar was offered by Rameshwar Singh Jamwal, Advocate and Member of Advisory Committee of J&K Dharmarth Trust. He appealed to the people of Jammu city to come forward and extend all possible support for continuation of this Langar Sewa.
Ajay Gandotra said that this endeavour will continue indefinitely as the people at large have commended the decision and are coming forward in large numbers to make this initiative a long lasting one. He said that he will continue to work with added zeal to make the Dharmarth Trust more vibrant and development oriented so that temples and shrines which comes under its ambit could be revamped in the most modern way to make them appealing and convenient for the visitors who come to pay obeisance to the deities. He reiterated that Dharmarth Trust is a more than 100 years old institution and is rendering yeoman’s service to the visiting devotees to facilitate their stay, food and other needs.
