RAJOURI, Aug 1: Two Kucha houses were collapsed due to heavy rain in Budhal area today.
Official sources said that at around 4 pm today, the thatched house of one Mohd Shafi, son of Fateh Din, resident of Ward No. 2, Budhal was collapsed. While family members managed to escape, their two cattle were buried alive.
Another Kucha house of one Karnail Singh, son of Mahender Singh, resident of Ward No. 6 was also partially collapsed during rain this evening . However, no loss of life was reported in the incident. Local police party and Revenue officials visited the spot on the directions of Tehsildar.
