JAMMU, Oct 19: Continuing its efforts to reach and provide help to victims of natural calamity, poor and down trodden and victims of any other mishap, J&K Dharmarth Trust organized a relief camp at a border village Sapwal, Chack Sadda, Chack Dulma, Muthi Charu, Jarain, Chack Bhagta and Chack Lala in Distt. Samba. The camp was organized on the instructions of the Chairman of the Trust Dr. Karan Singh and Trustee’ Vikramaditya Singh and Ajatshatru Singh
President of the Dharmarth Trust Maj. Gen. (Retd) R S Jamwal accompanied by the officials and staff of the Trust distributed the relief material among the firing victims. Expressing deep sympathy and concern for the victims he assured every possible help from the Trust. On this occasion blankets and rice bags were distributed among 500 firing affected families, they also distributed crutches among handicapped persons.
Shashi Khajuria Secretary of the Trust, beside Sarpanches and Panches of surrounding areas were also present on the occasion.
