KISHTWAR, Nov 12: Director General Health & Family Welfare J&K and Director Health Services Jammu Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman today visited Sub District Hospital Padder to take stock of public healthcare delivery facilities in the hospital. The DHSJ took a round of all the sections of the hospital.
The Director interacted with staff and public and listened to the problems being faced by them and gave on spot directions to Block Medical Officer Padder Dr. Anil Sharma for improving the services being rendered to the public.
A delegation of PRI members and prominent citizens, headed by Counsellor Hari Krishan Chauhan, welcomed DHSJ and appreciated his visit to the far-flung and downtrodden area. They also appreciated the efforts of BMO, Doctors and Paramedics of the hospital. Counsellor apprised DHSJ about the issues being faced by the public and also took up the issue of early restoration of Medical equipment in SDH Padder and filling of vacant posts of doctors in the Block.
The DHSJ gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured of every possible action at his end.
